“Everything is love — either an expression of it, or a request for it.”

Who it is for

  • You do a great deal, but do not feel full.
  • You put other people ahead of yourself.
  • You are afraid to ask, to accept, to trust.

What becomes visible

  • Where you do not hear your own needs.
  • Where control takes the place of real contact.
  • Which beliefs stop you from loving yourself.
  • How to bring the warmth back to yourself.

Programme · 12 areas — your path

Each area is one meeting and one step closer to yourself. You can take a single area or walk the whole path. Open an area to see what you meet there and what changes.

01ForgiveThe stories you are still carrying with you.2 ac. h.
What you meet here

The stories you are still carrying with you. The hurts that once protected you, but now hold you and do not let you breathe freely. Here you learn to let go — not to forget, but to let go with gratitude, because this was your way of asking for love.

What changes

It becomes easier to breathe. Your shoulders drop. Room opens up inside — and new air, a new life, comes into it.

02LoveHow you actually know how to love.2 ac. h.
What you meet here

How you actually know how to love. Your love with conditions — “if I am good, I will be loved”, with the fear of losing, with the wish to prove yourself. Whether you allow yourself to love without fear and to open up, even when it hurts.

What changes

Warmth towards yourself comes back. Love without “I have to prove it”. Contact that warms rather than empties you — first with yourself, then with others.

03ThankWhere you live out of lack rather than gratitude.2 ac. h.
What you meet here

The place where you live out of lack rather than gratitude. Where your eyes have grown used to looking for what is missing instead of what is already there. Behind it is a quiet request: notice me, value me, tell me I am good enough.

What changes

Your eyes begin to see more of the good. Your heart grows calmer. Gratitude that fills you — not a duty, but a warm state of coming back.

04InspireThe place where you lose your spark.2 ac. h.
What you meet here

The place where you lose your spark. Where you grow tired of inspiring others and forget yourself. Here you ask honestly — what truly inspires me to live, not merely to get things done.

What changes

The inner fire comes back. The wish to be with yourself rather than run from yourself. Inspiration that comes from within, not from “I must”.

05ActThe gap between the thought and the step.2 ac. h.
What you meet here

The gap between the thought and the step. Where putting things off protects you from the fear of failing, from shame, from being judged. Behind the waiting is a request for support: am I allowed to try and to get it wrong.

What changes

The thought becomes movement. A small step, but your own. And it is exactly that which gives more faith than big plans without action.

06SupportHow you speak to yourself when it is hard.2 ac. h.
What you meet here

How you speak to yourself when it is hard. Whether you support yourself or rescue yourself, control or simply stay near. Whether you can be present rather than immediately fix, rescue and prove.

What changes

The inner voice grows gentler, warmer. A feeling appears — I can lean on myself. And then others feel safer beside you too.

07BelieveThe quiet beliefs about yourself, life and your path.2 ac. h.
What you meet here

Your quiet beliefs about yourself, about life, about your own path. Where you once lost faith, because believing hurt too much. Behind the disbelief is a deep request for safety and love.

What changes

Your inner backbone returns. Faith that comes from the heart, not from fear. The feeling — I am walking my own path, and it is the right one for me.

08AskThe shame of asking.2 ac. h.
What you meet here

The shame of asking. The fear of being turned down, of being a burden, of seeming weak, of wanting too much. But asking is not weakness — it is giving the world permission to respond to you.

What changes

The courage appears to say — I need this, this matters to me. The ability not only to ask, but also to accept. And the world begins to answer differently.

09CreateThe creative part of you that has long been waiting for permission.2 ac. h.
What you meet here

The creative part of you that has long been waiting for permission. Where the inner critic silenced the joy of making things. Here you ask — am I allowed to create my own life, and not only meet other people’s expectations.

What changes

The joy of doing without judgement comes back. A light courage to try, to get it wrong, to begin again. The feeling — I can create something of my own, and it is alive.

10ShareOut of abundance or out of scarcity.2 ac. h.
What you meet here

How you share with the world — out of abundance or out of scarcity, out of guilt, out of the wish to earn love. Whether you lose yourself when you give, or stay with yourself.

What changes

The ability appears to give without emptying yourself. Warmth that circulates. Sharing in a way that multiplies — both you and others — instead of taking away.

11DefendWhere control takes the place of real contact.2 ac. h.
What you meet here

The place where control takes the place of real contact. Where you say yes while a no is sounding inside. Where you stay silent to keep the peace, and lose yourself. Behind it is a request: am I allowed to matter.

What changes

Boundaries appear, without guilt and without anger. A calm, clear no that protects your yes. Self-respect that other people begin to hear as well.

12AcceptYourself as a whole — light and shadow alike.2 ac. h.
What you meet here

Yourself as a whole — light and shadow, strength and vulnerability. Without needing to fix, hide or prove anything. Acceptance is not giving up, it is coming home to yourself.

What changes

The peace of being with yourself arrives. At last you can breathe freely, without a struggle. And that peace is the love that was here all along.

Every step is a choice to be closer to yourself rather than further away. No homework and no marking — with practice that stays with you.

Frequently asked questions about the course

Is this course about romantic relationships?

No. It is not about romantic love — it is about how you treat yourself: how you forgive, ask, stand your ground and accept yourself. Relationships with others change after that, but it starts with contact with yourself.

Do I need any preparation?

No. No homework, no marking, no pressure. Wanting to be closer to yourself is enough — the rest happens in the meeting.

Do I have to walk the whole path at once?

No. You can start with a single area — the one that speaks to you right now — or walk the whole path: 12 areas, 12 meetings. We choose the format at the free introductory conversation.

How do the meetings run?

Online in Zoom, in a group or 1:1. 12 meetings of 2 academic hours — 24 academic hours in total, 1–2 times a week, at a calm pace.

Is a certificate issued?

No. This is a course for life, not formal education — no certificate is issued. What stays with you is the practice you can use every day.

In which language, and from what age?
