Prices marked “from” are starting prices: the exact figure depends on the depth of the theme and the format, and we settle it in the free introductory conversation. Constellations and the intensive are priced in conversation.
The services are educational and consultative; they are not medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. I do not carry out diagnostics and do not make diagnoses. An invoice is issued upon agreement on a specific service, once the client has chosen it.
How a session works
01The first meeting
We start with a free 15-minute introductory conversation online — we talk about what is happening right now and whether I can help. If the approach feels right, we arrange the first session: 45 minutes (constellation sessions 1.5–2 hours), online, in Latvian, Russian or English; in person by arrangement.
02The session and the method
At the start of the session we establish what you are bringing: a state, a situation or an inner question. The method — cards, a constellation or a coaching conversation — is my choice, according to your situation and theme: it does not mean every session involves cards. A session is shared work, not a set of ready-made advice; what changes, we assess together, by your choices and your actual daily life.
03How many sessions you will need
The honest answer is that it depends on the depth of the theme. Sometimes one session is enough to gain clarity in a specific situation. For deeper work — recurring patterns, dependent relationships, family themes — it usually takes 3 to 10 meetings: the psyche needs to integrate change without being overloaded. I do not stretch the work out artificially.

Courses
Courses
Each course is built around a single transformational game or method — relationships, money, goals, speech, beliefs, inner state. The focus is on practice and real situations, in a group or one to one, online or in person in Rīga.

For business and institutions
Team workshops, career consultations, and programmes for staff resilience and professional development — with a contract and an invoice.

Common questions
What does it cost?
An individual session is from €50. Session packages: “Immersion”, 3 sessions — from €180; “Transformation”, 5 sessions — from €320; “A new point in life”, 10 sessions — from €600. Systemic constellations and the intensive are priced in conversation, as are the courses. RISA Touch body rituals are €80–120.

When is this work not the right fit?
These methods do not replace treatment. In acute psychiatric states, serious disturbances of perception or cognitive impairment, this work is possible only under a doctor's supervision — and sometimes the right choice is a specialist rather than me. The approach is also not a fit if you are expecting a magical solution without your own involvement.
What do you do if my situation needs a different specialist?
I say so honestly — either in the introductory conversation or as soon as it becomes clear in the work. I do not work with psychiatric illness or active addiction: those need a doctor or a specialist in the field. I do not diagnose, I do not prescribe, and I do not continue the work if I can see a different kind of help is needed. Where it makes sense, I can suggest another form of support — a physiotherapist or a gestalt therapist, for example.
